1. This position is part of FCM China Young Graduate Rotation & Development Program with two-year rotation. First year in CBU function as program coordinator, rotations in other function will run from second year based on the actual situation.
2. Monitor program KPIs and prepare monthly dashboard summary for all the programs
3. Ensure program are in line with targets in terms of cost and timing, prepare monthly PRC for CBU director
4. Cascade global/central office program requirements/information & Targets to local program team , support Program managers for business
5. Manage program documentations ,keep close communication with CBU director as well as program manager team
6. Interface between customer and program Manager and the plant the prototype needs
7. Other tasks assigned by CBU directors
