Responsibilities:
-Organize line modifications to achieve customer targets by using U-shin Methodology (FTA, PDCA).
-Gather and analyze the data from the customer.
-Prepare workshop for new assembly line and follow the integration of the line in the workshop.
-Manage technical integration of co-developers suppliers.
-Manage the process definitions all along the development cycle.
-Involved in VPS workshop.
-Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.
-Other tasks should be assigned by Dept. Manager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree majored in Mechanics or Mechanical & Electronics. Master degree is preferred.
-Minimum 3 year relevant working experience in Mechanical manufacturing industry. Automotive
Industry is preferred.
-Knowledge of industrial data processing and especially AutoCAD practice.
-Understand how to time production operations and formalize a production range.
-Good skills in English and computer.
-Proactive, good sense of analyzing, high capacity of work and high availability.
